Returns

Your home deserves perfection. If your piece isn’t the right fit, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be new and unused, in the original packaging. Please note that sometimes deliverymen will offer to discard of the packaging as part of their service, however, we strongly advise against it. Should they discard of the packaging, you would no longer be eligible for a return. It is the customers responsibility to retain the original packaging. The cost of return shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be processed within 7 business days of your return being delivered to our warehouse. All returns are categorized as either small or large. Please note that expired return labels will be reissued within 30 days of the return request. If after 30 days your items are still not in the carrier's possession, no updated labels will be issued, and you will no longer be eligible for a return. Please note that all made to order/custom orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned.

Small Returns

  • Shipped via FedEx.
  • Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Lighter weight items (ottomans, dining chairs, footstools, some benches).
  • Return label will be emailed to customer; item will be dropped off at a FedEx location or FedEx pickup can be arranged for an additional $5 fee.

Large Returns

  • Shipped via LTL freight carriers.
  • Typically delivered within 1-3 weeks.
  • Heavier items (sofas, beds, storage consoles).
  • Return documents will be sent via email.
  • Carrier will call to schedule pickup of return.

Mattress Returns

Enjoy a 30-night sleep trial on your new mattress. Your trial begins upon delivery. If you're not satisfied after 30 days, inform us within the next 15 days to arrange a return.

  • All mattress returns are subject to a $100 pickup fee + 10% restocking fee.
  • Mattresses in original packaging are exempt from the restocking fee. Returns must be picked up within 7 business days of initiating the return to qualify for a refund.
  • No returns or refunds on stained, unsanitary, or damaged mattresses.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, we will arrange a return of the original item and issue a refund, and then a new order can be placed.

Cancellations

Most orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime prior to shipment. If unable to cancel, you may request a return or refuse the delivery. To request an order cancellation, please contact us via email or phone. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Please note that all made to order/custom orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned.

Return Charges and Refunds

The cost of return shipping + 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Damage found upon return may increase the restocking fee up to 50%. Provide a photo of the item in good condition before shipping it back to qualify for a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of return receipt and will take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, typically for discontinued or specially upholstered items, have a lead time of 14-16 weeks and are non-returnable and non-refundable after 24 hours of order placement.

Warranty

A 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturer's defects. Defects will be repaired or replaced at no cost, except for transportation. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, commercial use, or shipping damage.
