Items that are small parcels typically ship within 2 business days, whereas larger LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight items are dispatched within 5 business days. Following the shipment of your item, you will receive an email with the tracking details. For the delivery of large LTL items, the carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment once your item is prepared for delivery.

Our return policy requires that you notify us within 30 days of delivery of your intent to return. The item(s) need to be returned new and unused, in the original packaging. As long as they are new and unused, the refund will be the total amount less the cost of return shipping and 10% restocking fee.

Arrived damaged- terrible customer service

I want to express my deep disappointment with the entire process of ordering a sofa from Jennifer Taylor company, as well as with the customer service I’ve experienced. I ordered a sofa with white glove delivery service and paid extra for this. However, on the very first delivery attempt, the sofa arrived with missing parts. The delivery staff gave me a hard time when I refused the delivery, telling me that they would send the missing legs later. I ended up refusing the delivery, and we rescheduled. A couple of weeks later, the sofa was delivered again, but this time with visible damage. There was a small rip in the fabric in the middle of the seat, which I reported immediately after the delivery team left. I was told the damage was cosmetic, and I was offered a $100 refund. I disagreed with this assessment, as the damage was not just cosmetic; it’s a sofa that is meant to be used, and I fear that this small tear will quickly worsen. I communicated my concerns over the phone and through multiple emails, but no solution was ever provided. At some point, the company stopped responding to my emails, and the $100 refund that was initially offered was never processed. Additionally, the delivery team did not speak English, which made communication nearly impossible. They also destroyed the original packaging with knives and took it with them without asking for my permission. I now cannot return the sofa because I don’t have the original packaging, which was taken by the delivery staff. In my understanding, this was a clear misstep, as I needed that packaging for a return, yet the company refuses to take responsibility. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of proper customer service. I paid over a thousand dollars for a sofa that is now unusable, and I feel stuck with no way to return it due to the actions of the delivery team. I expected much better service for a ‘white glove’.

The sofa is beautiful, exactly as you see on the picture. Yo must be asking why only 4 stars, my previous sofa was more comfortable or I simply need more time to adjust.
